RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on items that can be resold as new, so they must arrive back to us as new and unused.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.1 (We do not issue store credit)
A 10% restocking fee will apply to any fuel system.2

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer direct exchanges, such as "swaps" or store credit.Instead, you may return parts, and then place a new order. (see "RETURN POLICY" above)
Footnotes:
1. If you are a retail purchaser and purchased through a dealer, Fore Innovations will issue the refund to the dealer, and the dealer will issue the refund to the retail customer. This will account for any discounts, sales, or special pricing between the dealer and retail customer.
2. Fore Innovations will retain a 10% restocking fee on all fuel systems since these are custom assembled for each individual order. Returned fuel systems must be unpacked, disassembled into individual items, and restocked into inventory.
3. Please ensure the Fore Innovations order number or packing slip number is in the second address line. An incorrect order/packing slip number, or your dealer's order number will delay processing of your return.
